Rupesh Naik
A passionate chef and founder of Aamrai Rupesh Naik has more than two decades of experience in the culinary arts, specializing in innovative and sustainable cuisine. Chef Rupesh Naik began his culinary journey in Mumbai, India. He worked in many restaurants and 5-star hotels across the globe, such as Hotel Leela, ITC Grand Maratha, Oberoi, and Hyatt. He is driven to create dishes that tell a story and leave guests with unforgettable dining experiences.
